Over seven hundred homes, guided by neighbors who volunteer their stewardship. The board is elected each May to keep the covenant, the lakes, and the ledger in balance.

Governance as quiet as the lakes themselves.
The Carrington Lakes Board of Directors is elected by the membership each May and serves staggered three-year terms. Every director is a resident — a neighbor with a gate code and a garden — who volunteers evenings and weekends to the covenant, the reserves, and the long view. The board meets the third Thursday of each month in the Clubhouse Library, where the first half hour is open to all residents.
